YOGA IN THE VINES

I found yoga when I made the decision to move back to Winchester. Life was hectic and I needed something to get me grounded. I went to a class and when it was over, I left filled with tears of relief. I was hooked. After being a long time student, I decided to take the leap to become a teacher.
I studied under Christa Mastrangelo Joyce of Jala Yoga in Shepherdstown, WV. I completed my 200 hour RYT in September 2017.  I started teaching in her studio right after the training. I continue to learn and will always be a student of yoga.
My classes focus on breath and movement with lots of modifications offered. My hope is that you step off your mat after a class feeling balanced, refreshed, and maybe even a little blissed out!

On the first Saturday of every month at 12pm we will discuss the champagne region of France.  It will last about 1/2 and you will hopefully learn something about this region.   Champagne is one of the most revered wines in the world.

All day we will offer a champagne tasting for your enjoyment.

Chef Kesha had a passion for cooking as a young girl and in 2017, she opened her own catering business.  In the Spring of 2018, she left for Upstate New York, to attend the very prestigious Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, where she earned her Culinary Arts degree.  During her tenure at the CIA, she completed a three-month externship at 3-Michelin Star, 'The Inn At Little Washington', in Washington, Virginia.  Chef Kesha is Classically-Trained, ServSafe and Allergen certified.  She was also recently named 'Alignable's 2022 Business Person of the Year' in Winchester, Virginia.
D.A.H. Cuisines specializes in catering weddings, small dinner parties, private and corporate events.  As well, they offer bi-weekly meal delivery and family meal planning & preparation services, in various counties across the Virginia region.

We very excited to share with you some of the Arts.   This is a fun event and FREE.   Donations will be excepted for the scholarship programs.   At the Briede Family Vineyards, we enjoy supporting those who persue their passions.   June 17th from 6pm-7pm.   A small troupe of dancers will dance.   

Will Gomez is a wonderful artist with a range of songs and a lovely voice.  We love his very approachable personality.  We had him here auditioning for a job and while our customers never knew he was in an interview,  they created a "tip" jar for him.   We love our customers!

Will Gomez is a wonderful artist with a range of songs and a lovely voice.  We love his very approachable personality.  We had him here auditioning for a job and while our customers never knew he was in an interview,  they created a "tip" jar for him.   We love our customers!

Cuisines®️ LLC, owned and operated by Chef Kesha Harris, is a catering and meal delivery service company, whose style of cooking can be described as elevated American Cuisine with a French flair, utilizing French technique.  However, their food preparation services span across many various types of cuisines and cooking styles!

Chef Kesha had a passion for cooking as a young girl and in 2017, she opened her own catering business.  In the Spring of 2018, she left for Upstate New York, to attend the very prestigious Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, where she earned her Culinary Arts degree.  During her tenure at the CIA, she completed a three-month externship at 3-Michelin Star, 'The Inn At Little Washington', in Washington, Virginia.  Chef Kesha is Classically-Trained, ServSafe and Allergen certified.  She was also recently named 'Alignable's 2022 Business Person of the Year' in Winchester, Virginia.
D.A.H. Cuisines specializes in catering weddings, small dinner parties, private and corporate events.  As well, they offer bi-weekly meal delivery and family meal planning & preparation services, in various counties across the Virginia region.

On the first Saturday of every month at 12pm we will discuss the champagne region of France.  It will last about 1/2 and you will hopefully learn something about this region.   Champagne is one of the most revered wines in the world.
