YOGA IN THE VINES

I found yoga when I made the decision to move back to Winchester. Life was hectic and I needed something to get me grounded. I went to a class and when it was over, I left filled with tears of relief. I was hooked. After being a long time student, I decided to take the leap to become a teacher.
I studied under Christa Mastrangelo Joyce of Jala Yoga in Shepherdstown, WV. I completed my 200 hour RYT in September 2017. I started teaching in her studio right after the training. I continue to learn and will always be a student of yoga.
My classes focus on breath and movement with lots of modifications offered. My hope is that you step off your mat after a class feeling balanced, refreshed, and maybe even a little blissed out!
